At Saplings we ensure that parents are fully involved in their child's development and we share information on a daily basis to parents in a written report.

The daily report informs you about your child's eating, sleeping, talking, drinking and activity achievements or interests. At all times the staff endeavor to communicate in the best manner and listen and understand what parents expect from Saplings.

Quarterly opening evenings are in place to inform parents on the latest happenings at Saplings which give parents the opportunity to talk to the staff about their child's development. It also allows parents to meet other parents in a social capacity.

Parents are reassured that their child's routine is used, so that each child has continuity, from home to the nursery.

At Saplings we recognise that each child is an individual and will be encouraged to develop at their own pace. Every child will be exposed to a variety of activities that expands their development in all areas both physically, emotionally, creatively and intellectually.

At Saplings we respect the rights of all individuals to be valued equally. This is for both staff and children, and at Saplings we do not discriminate against sex, disability, age, marital status, colour, religion, race, nationality and culture.
